  • We now offer Help Desk assistance for brands with high-volume inquires. We offer a guaranteed response time of 30 minutes between the hours of 9am-2pm EST. This service is a great addition, as it offers a quicker and more personalized experience that works to retain potential/current clients.

  • We can help you set up a system to stay organized, reply to incoming messages, forward messages to the appropriate team members, craft reply emails to your customers’ most common questions, or create automatic filters. Also need help with designing marketing emails? We’ve got you!

  • If you need help planning 3-6 months of social content, we can help build content calendars + strategize ideas that will enable you to scale your business without worrying about the day to day of social media.   • Hi, I’m Jazmine! I’ll be your Virtual Assistant, working on your important tasks behind the scenes.

    I have 5+ years of Virtual Support experience w/ an additional 8+ years of Web and Brand Design. If you have any questions or want to know more about me to determine if I’d be a good fit for your brand, you can email me here.

  • I primarily work with professionals who: want to work with someone who is familiar with scaling brands through high-end design tactics and task management.

  • I currently offer three VA packages: Monthly Packages, ranging from 4 hours of support per month to 40 hours. I also offer custom packages as well as Day Passes.

  • Absolutely! To request a custom package, I would suggest creating a list of tasks you need assistance with, and how often you need support. You can send those details here and I’ll be in touch within 48 hours with a personalized quote.

  • Day Passes have a commitment of 5 hours (no more, no less).

    Custom + Pre-made Packages have a commitment of 3 months. The commitment starts at month 2, as the first month is a trial period to ensure we’d make a great team. :)

  • All payments are due up front. Payments for Day Passes are due on the day of booking. Package payments are due on the first day of your project start date, and every month thereafter (on the same date).

  • Once you’ve submitted your application and it’s been approved, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your project needs.

    If we decide we’re a perfect match, we’ll set up a project start date, handle payment + forms, and setup your client portal!

  • We’ll mostly communicate via your personal client portal. And the occasional text message for time-of-the-essence tasks.
